This programme is designed for people who are completely new to exercise, are getting back into exercise after a long time, or are currently in a physical condition that requires a gentle introduction to exercise classes.

It is an 8 week programme with 3 workouts per week across a range of exercise styles, including: Pilates, Aerobics, and Yoga. By the end of the programme you will feel fitter, more confident, and ready to move onto other beginners programmes available on InstructorLive. You will also have had a taste of a few different styles of exercise so will get a feel for what you enjoy most and may want to pursue further.
