You'll discover how the rest of the body affects the structure and the functional movement of the hip and therefore you may also find these classes beneficial for the health of your knees, ankles and other joints within the legs.

Sam is incredibly experienced in teaching Pilates for health conditions. She boasts a wealth of knowledge that can be transferred into everyday life for better body function and quality of movement.

Pilates is a wonderful, low-impact form of exercise which benefits include:

  • Increased muscle strength and tone
  • Improved control of the limbs
  • Improved balance and balance of muscular strength equally on both sides of your body
