Designed specifically for those going through menopause, this six-class Pilates programme focuses on supporting your body through this transition with gentle, effective movement. Each session begins with a guided warm-up to prepare your body, followed by a class tailored to help alleviate common menopausal symptoms such as stiffness, joint pain, fatigue, and stress.
Through controlled, low-impact movements, you’ll work on improving mobility, core strength, flexibility, and balance, while also promoting relaxation and overall well-being. Led by experienced instructor Katy Ahrens, these sessions are designed to be accessible for all levels, whether you’re new to Pilates or have previous experience.

As a qualified Stott Pilates Instructor since 2010, I have been working with clients for over 10 years. I am fully certified in Matwork, Reformer, Cadillac, Chair and Barrels and I help clients to be pain free and to reach fitness goals. I am also trained in pre and post natal matwork and breast cancer rehab. My classes are relaxed yet energising and I create a fun environment to achieve your fitness goals.
