Whether you have 10 minutes spare or a whole hour, this programme can be done as one big workout or in short 10-minute blasts! Including a separate warm-up and cool down, this workout focuses on the arms, abs, legs, waist and bum. You can mix and match the workouts to suit your schedule, creating as long or as short a session as you like.
They’re also ideal for adding on to any other of our InstructorLive programmes for extra toning. Regardless of how many you complete, we recommend always starting with the warm-up and finishing with the cooldown. This way, you can prepare your body and prevent injury.

Your Instructor
Having trained full-time at Elmhurts Ballet School, Carlie has over 15 years of professional experience in dance. From performing in ballet companies to hitting the West End stage, she has a grounded technique which has allowed her opportunities in choreographing, mentoring and coaching professional performers to reach their peak performance.
Throughout her career she has worked with various ages and abilities in dance and body conditioning and loves to help people work hard and succeed in their personal goals.
