Join Austin for this 20-minute Seniors workout programme! These sessions are designed to help improve day to day functionality and physical well-being. Ideal for those 65+ but suitable for ANYONE looking for low-impact exercise. Each class is timed similarly to a HIIT workout so that there is rest time between each exercise.
In some of these classes, you will need a chair and some (optional) hand weights. If you would like to use weights but do not have any, you can substitute these with household items such as canned food or bottles of water - they do not need to be heavy and for reference, Austin uses two 0.5KG weights. He also offers alternatives for some of the exercises so that you choose the right level of challenge for yourself.

Austin is a qualified gym instructor with over 18 years’ experience as a professional dancer and teacher. His career has taken him from The Moulin Rouge in Paris to London’s West end and on to choreographing for the global-hit, Dirty Dancing.
Austin’s skill has given him great insight into how the body works and how to relay that information to clients clearly and concisely. Austin is passionate about helping others achieve their dreams.
