Join Carlie in this 6-class Aerobics Programme, designed to move the body, tone the muscles, and burn calories! This is a perfect programme for anyone new to aerobics, just starting out or anyone looking to do exercise of moderate intensity. This class combines different steps to create rhythmic aerobic routines, which work the entire body. It’s great for cardiovascular strength, balance and coordination too.
It’s 30 minutes of pure aerobic activity followed by a 10-minute toning and of course, a cool down.

Your Instructor
Having trained full-time at Elmhurts Ballet School, Carlie has over 15 years of professional experience in dance. From performing in ballet companies to hitting the West End stage, she has a grounded technique which has allowed her opportunities in choreographing, mentoring and coaching professional performers to reach their peak performance.
Throughout her career she has worked with various ages and abilities in dance and body conditioning and loves to help people work hard and succeed in their personal goals.
