A non-stop cardio-focused class which includes a warm-up, toning section and cool down, all in 30-minutes. There is no floor work in this version, it's all on your feet - even the toning! An aerobics class combines different steps to create rhythmic routines, which work the entire body. It's also an excellent way to exercise your balance and coordination. It is moderate-intensity workout, however, these classes are at a slightly faster pace than Carlie's 'Aerobics Introduction', so if you're new to aerobics, it could be worth trying that programme first

Having trained full-time at Elmhurts Ballet School, Carlie has over 15 years of professional experience in dance. From performing in ballet companies to hitting the West End stage, she has a grounded technique which has allowed her opportunities in choreographing, mentoring and coaching professional performers to reach their peak performance.
Throughout her career she has worked with various ages and abilities in dance and body conditioning and loves to help people work hard and succeed in their personal goals.
