Join Carlie in Aerobics Level 2 for more calorie burning and muscle toning! Sweat it out even more whilst working your brain and body as you learn new moves and sequences to test your balance, coordination and motor skills!
This programme is a higher impact and intensity than Aerobics Level 1, but Carlie still offers some alternatives to find the appropriate level for yourself. The steps are similar to that of the previous levels, and the entire class is all standing, so no need for a mat.
If you are new to Aerobics, we recommend completing the 'Aerobics Introduction' and 'Aerobics Level 1' first. This is so you can familiarise yourself with the steps and get the most out of the workout before the pace quickens in Level 2.

Your Instructor
Having trained full-time at Elmhurts Ballet School, Carlie has over 15 years of professional experience in dance. From performing in ballet companies to hitting the West End stage, she has a grounded technique which has allowed her opportunities in choreographing, mentoring and coaching professional performers to reach their peak performance.
Throughout her career she has worked with various ages and abilities in dance and body conditioning and loves to help people work hard and succeed in their personal goals.
