Inspired by the best of African and Caribbean rhythms, instructor Chloe has designed this dance fitness class to be a tough workout and loads of fun.
She'll teach you step by step how to perform each movement and combine them into a routine.
Make no mistake, this is a workout not a dance class, so don't worry if you've never done any choreography before, just copy Chloe and have some fun.
Please have a towel and some water nearby as this class will make you sweat.

Starting with Ballet as a child, Chloe has since gone on to develop dance fitness classes inspired by African, Brazilian and Latin dance.
