With over 15 years’ experience in the health and fitness industry, Susana José (aka Susana Da Conceicao), trained as a personal trainer, group exercise teacher and aqua teacher in her hometown Johannesburg South Africa.
Susana then moved to London and went on to work for various prestigious clubs and completed training in Pilates, including pre- and post-natal Pilates.
With experience across many workouts – including aerobics, aqua, body condition, Body Pump, circuit, spinning, step, stretch, synergise and swiss ball – Susana’s specialism is Pilates and pre- and post-natal workouts.
With a philosophy to educate and empower her clients with care, sincerity, and humour, Susana is passionate about seeing her clients see positive changes that lead to a healthier and happier body - and ultimately a healthier, happier person.
