Susana has over 15 years of experience in the health & fitness industry.
She trained as a Personal Trainer, Group Exercise Teacher and Aqua Teacher in her home town of Johannesburg, South Africa, where she worked as a Fitness Instructor & Group Exercise Teacher before moving to London.
Susana qualified as a Pilates Instructor in London and has since become highly accomplished as a Mat Pilates teacher and pre & postnatal specialist.
