If you love to dance and move your body in different ways then shake things up and have a go at this! Chloe will take you through some basic steps in order to build the movements over each class.
Belly Dancing is great for core stability and toning, balance and coordination. It's a wonderful way to unwind and have fun at the end of a long hard day.

A personal trainer, fitness model and dancer, Chloe started taking ballet from the age of four and has since gone on to develop workout classes inspired by salsa, street dance, Brazilian and more.
With a fun and un-beat style as an instructor, as well as teaching Chloe has performed in some great events at The World Skills Opening Ceremony, Tate Modern and on BBC’s “Don’t Tell the Bride”.
