Chair Ballet

8 Workouts - 30 Minutes - Low Impact - Weight Loss - Tone & Strengthen - Dance - Beginners

Carlie Milner Carlie Milner

Join our instructor, Carlie, in this Chair Ballet programme which not only focuses on good posture, mobility and toning, but also brings about a little musicality and artistry. Structured just like a ballet class, you will learn the exercise with Carlie before executing it to the beautiful sounds of the piano.

You will preferably need a chair with a straight supportive back, however, this is not essential as Carlie talks about using the core to sit up right as opposed to using the chair-back (where possible). Each class lasts approximately 20-25 minutes and includes a gentle seated warm up and cool down.

Ideal for beginners+ and for those who love to move to music.

This will be an 8-class programme in total, with the first 4 being available now
