Join our instructor, Carlie, in this Chair Ballet programme which not only focuses on good posture, mobility and toning, but also brings about a little musicality and artistry. Structured just like a ballet class, you will learn the exercise with Carlie before executing it to the beautiful sounds of the piano.
Each class lasts approximately 20-25 minutes and includes a gentle seated warm up and cool down.
Ideal for all levels and for those who love to move to music.
This will be an 8-class programme in total.
Remember to stay hydrated. Water helps fuel your muscles, so drinking before, during and after exercise will boost your energy levels, and may help to prevent cramp.
Having trained full-time at Elmhurts Ballet School, Carlie has over 15 years of professional experience in dance. From performing in ballet companies to hitting the West End stage, she has a grounded technique which has allowed her opportunities in choreographing, mentoring and coaching professional performers to reach their peak performance.
Throughout her career she has worked with various ages and abilities in dance and body conditioning and loves to help people work hard and succeed in their personal goals.
