Programme Description

Body Conditioning is a total body workout designed to work every muscle in your body.

It uses resistance training to condition your muscles so that you become fitter, stronger and leaner.

The workouts progress in intensity so please complete them in the correct order.

Candice recommends repeating each class 2 times before moving to the next one. Ideally doing 2 workouts per week.


No equipment is needed for this programme.

Remember to stay hydrated. Water helps fuel your muscles, so drinking before, during and after exercise will boost your energy levels, and may help to prevent cramp.
