Programme Description

In this series of classes you'll learn yoga sequences specially tailored for different times of the day:

  • Morning
  • Afternoon
  • Evening

The slow controlled movements of yoga can sometimes be misleading to those unfamiliar, make no mistake, yoga is a tough full body workout that provides the following benefits:

  • Extremely effective for improving core strength
  • Low impact movements which are ideal for people with conditions or past injuries
  • Excellent for improving flexibility, balance, and body control.
  • Great for increased muscle tone and weight loss.
  • Relief from stress and improved circulation
  • A feeling of greater harmony between mind and body

Susan recommends repeating each class 3 times per week before moving to the next one.

By the end of this programme you will feel fitter, stronger, and more connected to your body.


Equipment

Ideally you will use a matt fo follow this programme.

Remember to stay hydrated. Water helps fuel your muscles, so drinking before, during and after exercise will boost your energy levels, and may help to prevent cramp.

Alongside training as an osteopath, Susan Yu is a yoga and Pilates instructor with over 10 years’ experience.

She also teaches privately across London and overseas and has a wide-range of clients from beginners to advanced level, including some celebrities.

Her background in gymnastics coupled with her osteopathic knowledge, means Susan has developed a holistic perspective on the body, that is not just about promoting healthy weight but also focused on general wellbeing in the mind and body.

As a mother herself, Susan understands the mental and physical challenges of balancing everything and is passionate about helping people to combat stress and improve their health and quality of life.
