This barbell class will strengthen and tone your whole body. Using low weight and a high number of repetitions you'll burn fat and gain strength fast.
The workouts progress in intensity so please complete them in the correct order.
You will need a barbell with a low or adjustable weight. Rebecca will explain how to add the right amount of weight to suit you during the exercises.
Please have a towel and some water nearby because this workout will make you sweat!
