Programme Description

If you want to move more but don't know where to start, Super Low Impact with Instructor Austin may be just what you are looking for. This programme has been specifically designed to improve overall stability and mobility, helping you stay fit and healthy for as long as possible.

This series has been designed for all levels, so please don't worry if you are new to these movements. Austin will share adaptations for all.

The benefits you will see include:

There are four classes in this series. The aim is to help you carry out every day movements more efficiently.

A warm up and cool down is included in each session, to prevent injury and help you move better.

Austin recommends doing 2 classes per week to maximise results and repeat each class at least 2 times before moving to the next one.


Equipment

In some of these classes, you will need a chair and some (optional) hand weights.

If you would like to use weights but do not have any, you can substitute these with household items such as canned food or bottles of water - they do not need to be heavy and for reference, Austin uses two 0.5KG weights. He also offers alternatives for some of the exercises so that you choose the right level of challenge for yourself.

Remember to stay hydrated. Water helps fuel your muscles, so drinking before, during and after exercise will boost your energy levels, and may help to prevent cramp.
