It is an 8 week programme with 4 workouts per week. Using a combination of Pilates, Barre Concept and resistance training, you'll use your own body weight to effectively strengthen all of your major muscle groups, start developing shape and tone to those problem areas and also increase muscular endurance. Pilates will also help realign the entire body, help strengthen the core and improve posture.

All you will need to complete this programme is an exercise mat, towel and water.
